Job Description
MastarRec is hiring a Cloud Security Engineer to support cybersecurity operations for a growing organization in the United States. This role focuses on protecting systems, data, and infrastructure against evolving security threats.
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Security, and compliance
Key Responsibilities
– Monitor, secure, and maintain IT and cloud environments
– Identify and respond to security incidents
– Implement security best practices and controls
– Collaborate with IT, engineering, and compliance teams
Required Skills
– Cybersecurity fundamentals
– Security tools and frameworks
– Incident response and risk management
Desired Skills
- Cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CIS Benchmarks.
- – Cloud security experience
- – Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Checkov, etc.).
