Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Analyst to support cutting-edge research and development in genomics, transcriptomics, and computational biology.
This position plays a critical role in managing, analyzing, and interpreting large-scale biological datasets, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, to drive innovation in biotechnology, personalized medicine, and clinical diagnostics.
You will work collaboratively with molecular biologists, data scientists, and clinical researchers to build pipelines, develop custom analysis workflows, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Experience
3–6 years of experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, or genomic data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., RNA-Seq, WGS, WES, scRNA-Seq).
 - Develop, maintain, and optimize automated bioinformatics pipelines using tools such as Snakemake, Nextflow, or WDL.
 - Interpret biological significance of genomic data and contribute to hypothesis generation.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, clinical trials, and lab research environments.
 - Manage data quality, storage, annotation, and integration across internal and external datasets.
 - Prepare technical documentation, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders and publications.
 - Stay current with advances in bioinformatics methods, databases, and standards.
 
Required Skills
- Proficient in Python, R, and Unix/Linux-based environments.
 - Hands-on experience with key bioinformatics tools: BWA, GATK, STAR, HISAT2, SAMtools, etc.
 - Solid understanding of genomics, variant calling, and differential expression analysis.
 - Familiarity with biological databases (e.g., ENSEMBL, NCBI, UCSC, ClinVar).
 - Experience working with version control systems (Git) and workflow management tools.
 
Desired Skills
- Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
 - Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
 - Background in machine learning or data science.
 - Familiarity with regulatory data handling (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
 - Knowledge of proteomics, metagenomics, or multi-omics data integration.
