Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Blockchain Specialist to join our client’s Web3 and decentralized applications (dApps) development team.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based solutions including smart contracts, token protocols, and DeFi integrations—with a strong emphasis on Ethereum, Solidity, and distributed ledger technologies.
This is a high-impact role at the forefront of innovation in FinTech, digital identity, and decentralized finance (DeFi), contributing to projects that redefine the future of digital ecosystems and financial infrastructure.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in blockchain development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on Ethereum and compatible EVM blockchains.
- Build and maintain dApps, including wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols.
- Integrate blockchain technologies with existing systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructures.
- Conduct code reviews and perform smart contract security audits.
- Stay updated on the latest Web3, DeFi, and blockchain governance developments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Write technical documentation for architecture, design, and deployment best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum-based development.
- Experience with blockchain frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Brownie.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, decentralized networks, and consensus mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain node infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience building DeFi, NFT, or DAO projects.
- Proficiency with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
Desired Skills
- Exposure to Polkadot, Cosmos, or Solana ecosystems.
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism).
- Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs / zk-Rollups).
- Background in FinTech or cybersecurity is advantageous.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
