Job Description
Mastar Limited is partnering with a pioneering Healthcare AI company to hire a Clinical AI Engineer who will work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that transform clinical diagnostics, treatment pathways, and healthcare decision-making.
In this role, you will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models using real-world clinical and biomedical data, contributing directly to advancements in AI-driven healthcare innovation.

Experience
3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with a focus on healthcare, biomedical, or clinical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML/AI algorithms for clinical use cases, such as diagnosis, risk prediction, and patient stratification.
 - Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers to translate clinical challenges into scalable AI solutions.
 - Develop data pipelines for preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
 - Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and clinical validation protocols.
 - Contribute to regulatory documentation and submission materials (e.g., CE marking, FDA approval).
 - Evaluate and monitor model performance, bias, and generalizability across diverse clinical datasets.
 
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
 - Experience with healthcare data formats such as EHR, DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.
 - Strong foundation in statistics, deep learning, and signal or image processing.
 - Understanding of clinical data analysis, biomedical research, and AI model validation.
 - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including clinicians, researchers, and regulatory specialists.
 
Desired Skills
- Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
 - Knowledge of AI model explainability and interpretability techniques for clinical applications.
 - Familiarity with medical device standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304) and AI governance frameworks.
 - Published research or demonstrated contributions to healthcare AI projects or clinical ML applications.

Education
