Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our FinTech and financial services team, ensuring that all business operations, transactions, and processes comply with FCA, AML, and GDPR regulations.

You’ll play a key role in monitoring compliance activities, reviewing internal policies, and supporting the company’s broader risk and audit functions to maintain a strong compliance culture.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management, preferably within financial services or FinTech.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor internal operations to ensure compliance with FCA and AML regulations.
- Support the Head of Compliance in preparing and maintaining regulatory reports.
- Conduct regular reviews of business processes, customer data, and documentation.
- Monitor transactions and escalate suspicious activity in line with AML and KYC procedures.
- Assist in policy drafting, risk assessments, and internal audits.
- Provide compliance training and awareness to internal teams.
- Keep up to date with regulatory developments, including GDPR, PSD2, and consumer protection laws.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of FCA, AML, and KYC regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency with compliance tools and reporting systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and discretion.
Desired Skills
- ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent compliance certification.
- Experience in FinTech, payments, or digital banking.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles.
- Working knowledge of risk management frameworks.
