High-growth, AI-native technology company building next-generation intelligent systems. They are seeking a Head of Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across a cutting-edge platform that leverages advanced AI, agent systems, and real-time intelligence.

Role Overview

As Head of Product, you will define and drive the product strategy for an AI-native platform. You will operate at the intersection of product, AI, engineering, and design to build systems that are intelligent, reliable, and scalable. This is not a traditional SaaS role, it requires deep experience in applied AI systems and end-to-end product thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
• Lead development of AI-native systems including RAG pipelines, memory systems, and agent workflows
• Translate business strategy into high-impact product initiatives
• Partner closely with AI, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready systems
• Drive development of multimodal AI experiences (voice, text, visual)
• Ensure systems are reliable, explainable, and aligned with real-world use cases
• Establish product metrics including quality, latency, reliability, and cost
• Build evaluation and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with GTM teams to align product capabilities with market needs
• Build and lead a high-performing product team

Required Experience

• 10+ years in product management, including leadership roles
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-native or applied AI systems
• Hands-on experience with RAG, LLMs, agent systems, and context/memory architectures
• Strong understanding of AI system tradeoffs (latency, cost, reliability)
• Experience working closely with AI/ML and engineering teams
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product direction
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conversational AI, multimodal systems, or AI platforms
• Background in GTM or customer-facing product roles
• Experience building product teams from early stage through scale
• Exposure to enterprise or regulated environments
