Job Description
Mastar Limited is seeking an experienced HealthTech Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative digital healthcare solutions.
In this role, you will drive the end-to-end development of digital health platforms, telemedicine systems, or EHR-based products that empower patients, streamline clinical workflows, and enhance healthcare outcomes.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and data teams to build user-centric products that are compliant, scalable, and impactful in the evolving healthcare technology landscape.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within digital health, HealthTech, or regulated medical software environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital health applications or platforms.
- Translate user needs, clinical requirements, and business objectives into scalable product features.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and clinicians to guide successful product delivery.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, user testing, and feedback loops.
- Oversee Agile product development cycles — including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
- Measure and optimize product performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure value delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and MHRA guidelines.
- Lead stakeholder communication across technical, clinical, and regulatory teams.
Required Skills
- Proven success managing digital health platforms, telemedicine apps, EHR systems, or healthcare SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and clinical operations.
- Knowledge of health data interoperability standards — including FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, and SNOMED CT.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering software products in regulated healthcare or medical device environments.
Desired Skills
- Experience launching B2B or B2C HealthTech or SaaS-based products.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in healthcare, remote monitoring, or mobile health technologies.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Health Informatics, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with NHS Digital frameworks, UK healthcare systems, or interoperability challenges.
