About the Role
You will lead the development of AI-powered and data-driven products that translate complex data into real-world decisions. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science, owning product direction from concept through to scale.
Key Responsibilities
– Own product strategy and roadmap for AI/data products
– Lead 0→1 product initiatives in ambiguous environments
– Partner closely with engineering and data science teams
– Translate AI/ML outputs into usable, scalable products
– Drive product discovery with users and stakeholders
– Define success metrics and iterate based on impact
Core Requirements
– Proven experience owning and shipping AI, ML, or data products
– Strong technical fluency working with engineers and data scientists
– Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous, or early-stage environments
– Ability to define product direction from unclear problem spaces
– Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Preferred
– Experience in healthcare, healthtech, fintech, or regulated industries
– Exposure to LLMs, machine learning, or advanced analytics
– Background in engineering, data science, or analytics
